Product Guide & Metal Locking Mechanism
This high-security plastic seal is designed for broad applications such as containers, trucks, cargo boxes, and safes, providing an easy-to-use yet highly secure tampering prevention solution.
How to Use the Plastic Seal
1. Thread the Strap: Take the pointed end of the ridged strap and loop it through the latch or locking hole of the item you wish to secure (e.g., a truck door handle as shown in image.png).
2. Insert into the Locking Chamber: Insert the tip of the strap into the square locking chamber located on the flat tag of the seal. Ensure you are inserting it from the correct side so the ridges can engage with the internal lock.
3. Pull Tight: Pull the strap through until it fits snugly against the secured object. The non-slip, anti-slip ridges along the strap will ensure a tight and secure fit that cannot be backed out.
4. Verify and Record: Check the seal to ensure it is locked properly. Record the unique serial number or scan the QR code printed on the tag for tracking and security logs.

The Metal Locking Mechanism (Metal Insert Technology)
While the outer body of the seal is made of durable virgin PP plastic, the core security lies within the square locking chamber, which features an embedded metal locking jaw (usually made of spring steel or stainless steel).

One-Way Locking: As the plastic strap is pulled through the chamber, the metal teeth angle forward, allowing the ridges of the strap to slide through smoothly in one direction.
Tamper Evidence & Anti-Return: If anyone attempts to pull the strap backward to open the seal, the sharp metal jaw immediately bites into the plastic strap, locking it permanently in place.

High Tensile Strength: This metal-in-plastic combination prevents "spinning" or shimming attacks (common tampering methods), ensuring that the seal can only be removed by cutting it, thus providing clear, irreversible evidence of tampering.
